27/11/2017 0 Comments Weekly update #13 (27/11/17)Hello all and welcome to the update for the week starting 27/11/17! Guess what? For all the big plans I had for this website, I did not consider I had already booked out most of my days all last week with other plans and events. So, as you would have seen, not much happened last week. Sorry! I have already gone through my diary for this week and have planned the content for the website around other plans. So, hopefully, this week I can actually provide you with more than just a weekly update! More news, I have resigned from my casual job that I did on weekends. Since I am now working full-time and continuing to study uni next year, it was getting a bit much working all day for seven days a week. Therefore, I sadly had to say goodbye. I loved the job I had, but the new job I have is exactly what I wanted as a career. To work in a position where I get to use my skills in professional and creative writing, plus dabbling in journalism as well, it has been an absolute blast so far and I cannot wait to see where it takes me. Anyway, let's get into this update! Reviews I'm very upset with myself that I didn't post up the review for The Return of the King by J R R Tolkien last week, so I am going to make it my number one task for this week. Since I won't be able to post anything on Tuesday night this week, I'll focus on getting that review out as well as a blog post. If I find the time, I'll try and post the whole series review on The Lord of the Rings. Blog Last week, I wanted to post a blog about the TV Industry night I attended. However, it ran super late and I didn't find the time to post it at all during the week. However, I would still like to write something about it, so I hope to have it posted on Thursday evening. Currently reading An Abundance of Katherines by John Green What's next? All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven Achievements for the week I WILL HAVE A REVIEW OUT THIS WEEK!!!!! That is my main goal, and if I achieve that I will be very happy. Other than that, there are some big things happening at work that I need there are a few tasks I'd like to achieve there. I've also have my last weekend with my casual job coming up, so I have my fingers crossed I can come up with a big sale! And that's it this week. The wrap-up at the end of the week is going to be another combined one, covering both last week and this week. So make sure to stay tuned in, and don't forget to ignite the story!
