10/9/2018 0 Comments Weekly update #37 (10/9/18)Hello all and welcome to the update for the week beginning 10/9/18! Can anyone else believe that we're nearly halfway through September? Where has this year gone? Whenever I think of September, I always think it's the home stretch to the end of the year. It's the month that I'm always shocked to be in. Anyone else feel the same way? Just me? Speaking of home stretches, I'm now more than halfway through my final semester of university! I'm super excited but also a little bit overwhelmed by it all. I cannot wait to have more time to put into TaleInferno and to post up the constant content I have dreamed of doing for a while now! Anyway, let's get into this update. News This weekend, I should finally be setting up all I need to start these video game story reviews! I am very excited about taking this next step in the TaleInferno journey and I hope you are too! If all goes well, we should start seeing the content out sooner rather than later… but that's if it all goes to plan. This website will have to change a little bit to accommodate these changes, so keep an eye out for that! Also, as I mentioned before, I’m more than halfway through my final semester of university. So, if content becomes a little bit sporadic, it is because I am trying to keep on top of all my final assignments. Nonetheless, once I am all done, content will begin to become a lot more consistent. We’re nearly there! Reviews The Other Side of Dawn by John Marsden will finally get its long-awaited review! It was definitely a full-on final instalment to this series, so I’m excited to have this out for all of you. When: Tuesday or Wednesday Blog/vlog The semicolon instalment in the ‘What is a…’ series took a while to get out (whoops!), so the next instalment—‘What is an… em and en rule?’—will hopefully come out this week after sitting in the ‘What’s next?’ section for a while! When: Wednesday or Thursday In the vlog space, you will get to hear about one of the many literary theories out there. Which literary theory will it be? You’ll have to wait and see! When: Friday Currently reading The Legends of Eve: A Warriors Past by Anonymous What’s next? Reviews The whole Tomorrow series review This Side of Paradise by F. Scott Fitzgerald The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho The Rider by Tim Krabbé And, most recently added to the list: I Can’t Stop Jacking Off by Mr Socially Awkward So, you all have a lot to look forward to in the future! Blog/vlog We are still going to chip away at these little punctuation marks, so next in the ‘What is a…’ series will be ‘What is a… full stop?’. They are quite straight forward, but there could be some uses that you may not be aware of! If all goes well with the set up planned this weekend, we should start seeing the first of the video game story reviews coming out! I don’t want to promise anything in case I have trouble with the said set up, but I’m getting very excited about it! On top of that, we will also be adventuring down the literary theory lane in some future vlogs! Books to read Sing You Home by Jodi Picoult The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks And that’s it for this week! Remember, if you have any books or video games you would like me to read/play and review, let me know on social media and I will add it to the list. Don’t worry, your suggestions do get given a priority over the default list I have written up, so don’t think it’ll take months and months for me to get to it! Remember to ignite the story and I’ll see you again soon!
