5/11/2018 0 Comments Weekly update #42 (5/11/18)Hello all and welcome to the update for the week beginning 5/11/18! As you can see, this is a double up as a normal update as well as a celebratory vlog. Everything written in this update is mentioned in the video. However, if you don’t want to listen to me yammering on all excited about everything, you can read all of it at your leisure! Guess what? I’m all done with my university studies! I finished all my final assignments last week, so hopefully everything goes well and I pass everything to finally be finished with university! For everyone in the same boat or heading into exams, I wish you all the best of luck. You’re nearly there, and when you get there it feels so GOOD!
Not only that but we’re now in November. Where did all that time go? This year has been an absolute blur. With so much changing at the moment, I’m so excited to finish this year on a high as I get to pour all my energy into TaleInferno. I have so much planned, so I hope you’re all excited and ready to ignite the stories within yourselves! Anyway, let’s get into this update! News We’re back in action. The website is going to get a bit of a new look to prepare for all the things I have planned. I am super excited about the future of this website and what it can provide you guys! First off, getting the video game story reviews up and running is a massive priority of mine, which involves sorting out a few other things on my end. Then, I’ll be adding in a cool special activity every Wednesday, which I will be titling ‘Writing Wednesdays’. Very cliched, I know, but it’ll be an opportunity for us to do exactly what we are passionate about, which is storytelling of course! Lastly, I’ll soon be offering something pretty special through this website. You’ll have to wait and see what it is while I continue to sort out a few finishing touches, but I’ll be announcing it soon! Reviews Hey, look, with university winning the priority battle I never got around to get this review up. Well, that ends this week. Keep an eye out for the full series review for the Tomorrow series this week! When: Wednesday Blog/vlogs ‘What is an… em and en rule?’ will finally get its day this week. Make sure to keep your eyes out for this blog early this week. When: Tuesday Vlog wise, we’re jumping into ‘Let’s talk about queer theory!’ on Friday. It’s time to get knowledgeable about this literary theory, so get your brains ready! When: Friday Currently reading Sing You Home by Jodi Picoult I can’t tell you how nice it is to finally read without feeling guilty! Whenever I get the opportunity, my nose will be in every book I can grab. I hope you’re excited for the huge amount of reviews that will be coming out in light of this! What’s next? Reviews This Side of Paradise by F. Scott Fitzgerald The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho The Rider by Tim Krabbe I Can’t Stop Jacking Off by Mr Socially Awkward The Legends of Eve: A Warriors Past by Anonymous. I can’t wait to get through all of these so you all can experience these stories if you haven’t already! Blog/vlogs ‘What is a… Full stop?’ will finally see the light of day very soon. Then, we’re going to start focussing on some other stuff I have lined up, which I’ll mention next week! As I have mentioned previously, we’ll be looking into ecocriticism next in our adventure talking about all these different literary theories. Then, we’ll be jumping into some other fun content for Vlog Fridays, so make sure to check out the update next week to find out! Books to read The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks I plan on doing a fun announcement to show you all what’s coming up next. As I mentioned in the last update, I went a bit crazy at a book sale at work. So, make sure to keep an eye out for when I show you all what’s coming up! And that’s it for this week. I’m so excited to put my energy into TaleInferno to ignite the stories within all of you! It has been a long time coming, so I hope you’re as excited as I am for this journey we’re about to go on! So, remember to ignite the story and I’ll see you again soon!
